Tietosuojaseloste
Vuoropalkkalaskuri (”sovellus”) on Android-sovellus, joka arvioi vuorotyön palkkaa.
Käsiteltävät tiedot. Vuorot, tuntipalkka, verokortin prosentit, syntymävuosi ja -kuukausi, kertaerät, itse syöttämäsi palkkalaskelmat, työnantajien nimet ja asetukset. Syötät kaiken itse.
Tallennus. Tiedot tallennetaan vain laitteellesi sovelluksen omaan tallennustilaan. Sovelluksessa ei ole käyttäjätilejä, palvelimia eikä internet-oikeutta. Se ei lähetä tietoja minnekään, eikä siinä ole analytiikkaa, mainoksia eikä seurantaa.
Tietojen jakaminen. Kehittäjällä ei ole pääsyä tietoihisi. Sovellus jakaa tietoja vain pyynnöstäsi: varmuuskopion, CSV:n tai PDF:n vienti kirjoittaa tiedoston valitsemaasi paikkaan ja tuonti lukee valitsemasi tiedoston. Vietyjen tiedostojen käsittely on sinun vastuullasi.
Käyttöoikeudet.
- Ilmoitukset: käyttöön ottamiasi muistutuksia varten (vuoron alku, palkkapäivä, vuorojen merkitseminen tehdyiksi).
- Käynnistys laitteen käynnistyessä: muistutusaikataulun palauttamiseksi puhelimen uudelleenkäynnistyksen jälkeen.
Androidin varmuuskopiointi. Androidin oma varmuuskopiointi (esim. Google Drive) voi sisältää sovelluksen tiedot, jos se on päällä laitteesi asetuksissa. Sitä hallitsevat laitteesi ja Google, ei sovellus.
Tietojen poistaminen. Poista sovellus tai tyhjennä sen tallennustila Androidin asetuksista. Sovelluksessa voit poistaa yksittäisen työnantajan tiedot.
Lapset. Sovellus ei ole suunnattu lapsille eikä kerää tietoja keneltäkään.
Vain arvio. Laskelmat ovat arvioita, eivät virallinen palkkalaskelma tai veroneuvonta.

Privacy policy
Vuoropalkkalaskuri (the "app") is an Android app that estimates shift-work pay.
Data the app handles. Shifts, hourly wage, tax card percentages, birth year and month, pay items, payslips you enter, employer names and settings. You type all of it in yourself.
Where it is stored. Only on your device, in the app's private storage. The app has no user accounts, no servers and no internet permission. It does not send any data anywhere, and it contains no analytics, advertising or tracking.
Sharing. The developer has no access to your data. The app shares data only when you ask it to: exporting a backup, CSV or PDF writes a file to a location you choose, and importing reads a file you choose. What you do with exported files is up to you.
Permissions.
- Notifications: for the reminders you turn on (shift start, payday, marking shifts as worked).
- Run at boot: to restore the reminder schedule after the phone restarts.
Android backup. Android's own backup (e.g. Google Drive backup) may include the app's data if you have it enabled in your device settings. That is controlled by your device and Google, not by the app.
Deleting your data. Uninstall the app or clear its storage in Android settings. Delete employers inside the app to remove their data individually.
Children. The app is not directed at children and collects no data from anyone.
Estimates only. The calculations are estimates and not an official payslip or tax advice.
Changes. If this policy changes, the new version is published at https://valvomo.dev/policies/vuoropalkkalaskuri.html with a new date.
