No cookies, no ads, no tracking you around the web. Ei evästeitä, ei mainoksia, ei seurantaa.
Privacy policy
This policy covers the valvomo.dev website: the home page, the tester pages and these policy pages. Each of our apps has its own privacy policy, for example Vuoropalkkalaskuri's.
Who is responsible. valvomo.dev, [email protected].
Delivering the pages. The site is served through Cloudflare, which speeds it up and protects it from attacks, and then from our own server. To deliver a page, Cloudflare and our server handle your IP address and technical details of the request, such as the page, the time and your browser. Our server's technical logs are used only for security and troubleshooting, and they are rotated automatically after a short time.
Visitor statistics. We count visits with Plausible Analytics, which we host ourselves at plausible.valvomo.dev. It sets no cookies and builds no profile of you. It records the page, the referring site, the browser, the operating system, the device type and the country. Your IP address is not stored: together with your browser's user agent it is only used to make an anonymous identifier that changes every day, so that one visit isn't counted twice. We only ever see totals.
Saved in your browser. Two small settings are kept in your browser's local storage: your light or dark mode choice (theme) and your high score in the hidden dinosaur game (valvomo-dino-hi). They stay on your device and are never sent to us. Clearing the site's data in your browser removes them. The site uses no cookies.
Email. If you write to [email protected], we use your address and message to reply, and keep them for as long as the conversation needs, or longer if accounting law requires it because the conversation turned into work.
Tester group. Joining the tester group on Google Groups shares your Google account's email address with us. We use it only to invite you to tests and to add you to them on Google Play. Google handles your data in Groups and Google Play under its own privacy policy. You can leave the group at any time, and we remove your address from the test lists.
Legal basis. Running a secure website and understanding how it is used in aggregate are our legitimate interests (GDPR article 6(1)(f)). Replying to your email and running tests you have signed up for are steps you have asked us to take (article 6(1)(b)), and our legitimate interest.
Sharing and transfers. We don't sell data, show ads or profile anyone. Cloudflare and Google are US companies; transfers to them rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
Your rights. You can ask to see the personal data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, restrict or object to its use, and get a copy of it. Email us and we'll answer within a month. You can also complain to the Finnish Data Protection Ombudsman (tietosuoja.fi).
Changes. If this policy changes, the new version is published here with a new date.

Tietosuojaseloste
Selaimeesi tallennettavat tiedot.
Muutokset. Jos seloste muuttuu, uusi versio julkaistaan tällä sivulla uudella päiväyksellä.
